Inspired by the unique gastronomy of Crete and the world-renowned local cuisine, our a la carte restaurant is designed to offer you an insight into the finest that the island has to offer. Age-old recipes revisited in a contemporary manner blend with hand-picked ingredients and herbs from the wild Cretan recipes, in a fusion that redefines contemporary dining. As for the view? Simply staggering!

We took the finest ingredients of the Cretan landscape and the most beloved recipes of the local gastronomy and our creative culinary team added their own twist.
